Das hier vorgestellte Werkzeug ist eine völlig überarbeitet Version meines seriellen Tools für Windows 95/98.
Es ermöglicht die Kommunikation über die serielle Schnittstelle. Es werden ausschließlich Delphi und Windows API Funktionen verwendet, so daß keine weitere Software benötigt wird.

This tool is a fully redesign of my former Tool for Windows 98/98.
It enables an Application to communicate through an serial port.
It use only WinAPI and Delphi functions, so no other third party software is needed.

Die Abbildung zeigt die Beispiel-Anwendung in Aktion: Der Datensatz 'at&v'+CRLF wurde an COM1 gesandt und das dort angeschlossene Modem hat den Datensatz zurückgesandt (Echo on) sowie seine aktuellen Einstellungen übermittelt.

Es ermöglicht die Kommunikation über die serielle Schnittstelle. Es werden ausschließlich Delphi und Windows API Funktionen verwendet, so daß keine weitere Software benötigt wird.
Die Komponente erlaubt die Einstellung aller wichtigen Parameter (ComPort, Baudrate, Handshake, etc.) und stellt eine Funktion zum senden der Daten bereit. Zum Empfangen wird ein Event verwendet, dieses Event wird über den Empfangsthread gesteuert. Zusätzliche Events teilen den Zustand anderer Leitungen und Signale mit.
Alle Datan werden direkt über die Applikation gesteuert und keinerlei Protokolle (z.B. Z-Modem) sind realisiert worden.
Eine Beispiel-Anwendung zeigt wie die Dinge zusammen laufen.
Die Software ist kostenlos, beachten Sie aber die Bedingungen im Quelltext!

It enables an Application to communicate through an serial port.

The Component enables You to define Port, Baudrate, ... Handshake and provides a Send function, which you call when Your application want so send, and a Receive Event which is called when some data are received. The receiveing Process is encapsulated in a Thread. Additional Events will give You Information about other Signals and States
All Data are directly controlled by Your application and no Protocol (like Z-Modem) is implemented.
A Sample Application is also included, to see the whole thing work together.
The Software is free! But see the limitation in the source code! Have fun and success
